Potty training progress....

So Prestley refuses to use the little potty or her Dora training seat, she MUST use the big potty. So in order for her to not fall in, she does the splits and balances herself on it...lol. She has been doing really well but right now potty time is more for entertainment than actually going to the bathroom.

The latest...

Prestley is 18 mo. She went for her check up on Feb 23rd and is growing like a weed. She is 24lbs now and I can't remember the height but I think it was 32 and something inches. She's talking up a storm now and amazes me with something new everyday. The doctor even commented that she's a little smarty pants. We've started potty training and she's doing really well so far. Hopefully, we'll be through with diapers soon! ***This has already been addressed but just so there is no confusion...Jennifer O took the pics of Prestley in the hat and pink coat, Allison took the ones of Prestley and Charlotte and I took the rest. I don't want my blog to turn into battle of the photogs! :)***

Please keep my cousin Crystal and her family in your thoughts and prayers. They think her daughter Ashlyn has some rare blood disorder called ITP. She is in the hospital and we are waiting for more test to be done. Apparently, her condition is very serious. That’s all the details I really have at this time. I’ll update as soon as I know more. Prayers, prayers and more prayers!!! Thanks.

Shelter from the storm....

Ok, I'll admit that I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to storms. I HATE them. So last night when the tornado sirens started going off (or maybe a little before they started going off), you better believe I'm going to start yelling for Chris to wake up, scoop Prestley up and head for the closet. By the time we got everything cleaned out enough to get in the closet, it was pretty much over. I convinced Chris to take a picture of me and Prestley in the closet (during the tornado). Such sacrifice!

Private school wanna-be

So Prestley scratched her nose on the carpet at the babysitters house. We did not rub her nose in her pee to teach her not to pee on the carpet. Yes, Prestley has pee'd on the carpet twice now.
