1st attempt at Christmas decorations...

I'll just say, I don't consider myself crafty at all. I don't usually decorate for the holidays but since we have our own house now and kiddos, I thought I'd give it a try. It's actually kind of addicting...LOL. I think it looks pretty good for an amateur. ALMOST everything was given to me by my grandma so I spent very little money.

My 25 week appointment

I had my 25 week check up on Dec 3rd. My doctor had to go deliver a baby as soon as I got there so I had to see the nurse practitioner. She said that everything looks great. The baby was head down while I was there and kicking like crazy. My blood pressure is still good so hopefully I won't be having the same problems as last time. I think I was being put on bedrest around this time with Prestley. I have however, already gained 24lbs. I have blown up within the last few weeks. I didn't think I looked that bad until I saw some pictures of myself this weekend. I am HUGE! It doesn't help that I'm going through the holiday season with all the good foods or that I'm addicted to candy right now. I'm trying to do better but I can't help it if the baby wants candy, I have to give it to her :)
I go back on Dec 23rd for another sono and my glucose test. Hopefully, we'll find out if Hudsyn is REALLY a girl. I'm 99.9% sure, but since they haven't gotten a clear shot yet, I won't be convinced until they do. I'll update again after my appointment.

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...

It looks so much better in person, the pictures just don't do it justice in my opinion. Now, we have to get the outside lights up and the stockings hung.

We had lunch at San Francisco Oven after church on Sunday and Prestley went to town on her pizza. GOOD TIMES!

They had to sign release forms before taking this challenge. Jerry got through 1 and Chris got through 2 1/2 and neither of them ate their dinner afterward :)

We went to Firewheel for the Fall Festival and then went trick or treating. Prestley had a blast!!!

A Day at the Dallas Zoo

We took Prestley to the zoo Saturday and of course she can't go anywhere without her BFF Charlotte and her mom Allison. They had a blast!

Ballet **Take Two**

Prestley had her 2nd ballet class. We had to order her shoes and they came in right before class so she got to wear her outfit. Now we are just waiting on her tights to come in.

Wordless Wednesday

Baby Ballet

So I signed Prestley up for Baby Ballet since it was the only activity in the evening that I could make it to after work. I specifically asked if she needed to wear or bring anything special. They told me NO. What they didn't tell me is that although she didn't HAVE to wear anything special, she would be the only one that wasn't dressed like a Ballerina. I felt so bad for her :( The other girls seemed so much older. She was the only one still in diapers. She ran around like a crazy person. It was pretty mortifying...lol. After class, I talked to the teacher to make sure that we were indeed in the right class. The teacher said she actually did great for her first time and age and not to worry about it. So we will continue to go back and we will be getting our Ballerina gear for the next class. This picture makes me wanna cry!

1st Dentist Appointment

Prestley had her first dentist appointment this morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. She cried a little but once they got started, she liked the flavored stuff they were using and calmed down. They were really quick and great with her. They said everything looked good despite the fact she usually just sucks the paste off the toothbrush instead of actually brushing. I didn't get any pictures once we got back to see the dentist but I got one of her in the waiting room petting the horse.
